Return Policy Overview

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. If there is a problem with your order, we will cover the cost of returning the item and send you a replacement promptly. However, if you return a product without it being faulty, an AED 30 return fee will be applied to help cover the logistics of the return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns, Replacements, or Refunds

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The return or refund request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is provided.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Apparel and accessories must have the original tags, and shoes must be returned in their original box.


2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Contact our customer support team at www.nutristore.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the product should be attached to assist us in processing your request.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup from your location.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.


3. Refund Guidelines

  • Online Payments: Refunds for orders paid online will be credited back to the same account or card used for the purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

    • Please note that store credit cannot be redeemed for COD or shipping fees.

  • VAT Refunds: Value Added Tax (VAT) will be refunded upon the return of the product.

  • Refund Processing Times:

    • Store Credit: Will be processed within 24 hours.

    • Credit Card: May take up to 14 days, depending on your bank’s policy.

    • PayPal: Refund fees may apply as per PayPal’s policy.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wearable technology

  • Swimwear

  • Earplugs, Goggles

  • Sports bras, Socks, Gloves

  • Mouthguards, Hand/Foot/Wrist wraps, Towels, and similar items.

  • Additionally, products that come in sealed packaging are also not eligible for returns or refunds.


5. Additional Return Information

  • All items must be returned with the original packaging and tags intact.

  • If the product is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • Returns must be shipped via our designated couriers, and the method cannot be selected by the customer.
